My weird Imagination

Ok today I’m not a fashion blogger, but a weird young lady with random thoughts. Am all alone with my laptop in front of me, thingking what to post.I feel my brain is empty, I’m not in the mood, I don’t want to clean my room even to comb my hair. Am A LAZY DOG! hahaha, when I’m like this, I use to think all the weird things on earth. Right now I imagined my self sleeping and everything turns into dream. I’m stocked! In a handsome guy’s brain and I had the opportunity to read all what he thinks, feel and dreaming about. Ok here goes my weird imagination.

He’s a loner a man who wants to be a cyborg.

I think this man wants to be a member of Justice League that has the power to make fire in his hands and fly like a bird to travel the world to do what he wants WITHOUT LIMIT.

He wants to be a pilot of a Fighter Jet

He’s a man that can’t live without music.

Watching spongebob and cartoons on tv made his day

He likes adventure. And his ultimate dream is to try skydiving

He wants to go on a higher places to feel the magic of the wind, and to see the wonders of the world.

He wants to own a car or a big bike and plan for a long trip

He’s a techi person. He loves mp3 laptop sky camera ipod  but he does’nt own anything that has been said.

He wants to own a stun gun for self defense

He loves listening to mellow songs,  RNB, rap, alternatives, latin songs.

He loves the color of the blood, RED..

And oohh he was thinking a lot of beautiful girls right now, one of them named Isabelle Daza hahaha. Well according to him 'He's not a womanizer'. He's a good boy! Believe him! hihihi

So how weird I am?  Am a crazy?  For thinking  those pictures and the man in my dream? Well If a had the opportunity to make that handsome guy happy, I will grab it.. Hope I made YOU smile. =))

Oh well random thoughts makes me feel dizzy. By the way here's the handsome guy in my dream. Perfect! That's him. hahaha

So that's it for today. Till the next post amigaz! success!

The Unseen Nurse

Why then do I love it so much? Am I crazy? OK, maybe a little...it's kind of prerequisite for working in an OR. Exhaustion becomes a way of life. You learn to eat when you can, drink when you can, sleep when you can and go to the bathroom when the opportunity arises.
You get stuck in a little room with 3-5 other strong personalities for hours on end. If you are the circulating nurse, you will need to orchestrate the actions into a cohesive whole. If you are the scrub nurse, you are on the front line any time something is missing or wrong.

Every second counts. You must be extremely efficient and be able to prioritize wisely. What needs to be done immediately, what needs to be done soon, and what can wait a minute. When to stop everything and when to hurry it along. How to do three things at once, and do them correctly. Decisions...Priorities...Multi-tasking, these are your challenges every moment.

Thinking outside the box is a skill of the experienced OR nurse.  You need to think of new ways to use old things constantly.  Every person is different inside, literally!  No two operations are the same.  Sometimes what you usually use, doesn't work...creativity is a must!
You need to love a challenge, have high energy, be able to think on your feet and hit the ground running.  Doctors yell at you every time something is missing or something goes wrong.  You are the unseen nurse.  No-one remembers your care, because they were asleep for it.

You need to have a very strong ego, everything will be your fault the instant it happens.  Later, you may get an apology...but in the instant you just let them rant.  I was taught that one of the ways I perform my job as patient advocate is to let them yell.  It was explained to me this way...better they yell at me, than their hands shake in the wound.  Much better!  Let them get it out!
However, it is also the only place in nursing that has such instant gratification!  Some-one's gallbladder is making them sick, take it out...there, they are cured.  The baby will die if it is not delivered now, take it out...there, the baby lives.
Although the docs yell a lot, they learn to depend on you and respect you more than if you were a floor nurse.  They perceive you as being smarter, more reliable.
You are challenged every day.  You learn something every day.  It is an ever changing, never static or dull, environment.  You have to BE there mentally and physically 100% at all times.  As I say, not for everyone, but I seem to thrive on it.

"Desert outfit posts?"

I've heard so many things about my friends who try to apply working in abroad specially in the middle east as a Registered Nurse and I'm frustrated and feel pressured about it.
My mom and Sister were also a nurse, I guess it runs to our blood.I can say Saudi Arabia and she wants us to come with her and stay there for work.

BUT the first thing comes to my mind, in Saudi can I wear want I want to wear??Will I still posts blogs?? An outfit post in the Desert?? Yay! In Saudi there's no PORK!hahahah.kidding aside. I can't imagine myself wearing those cover ups, a large, black cloak, worn either loose and flowing or wrapped around the body. Saddest part I can't show my flesh in there. hihihi.

But at the back of my mind, in Saudi, I can work and save money to buy all my PLEASURES. And here’s the good news, Mom said there's a lot of thrift shop that awaits me there. hahaha.

Today, i will try to focus on my job.Im thankful to feel free in doing things i love.Somehow i can manage myself in getting what i want.I know God has better plans for me, I'll wait, patiently wait for it.

Anyway, coz’ we’re talking about job, here’s a classy Thrifted semi formal or corporate attire. Is’nt pretty for an interview? Ola Amigaz! Till the next post..
